in gorgeous nz again...

ok, i really dont have much time... so ill make it short - and this time i mean it! =) got back to nz already a week ago - jesus! and its been absolutely great. i dont have any signal on my cell nor internet access, so we have to drive into christchurch every sunday (our day off at work) to do the groceries and the internet... but if you want to reach me:

i actually quite enjoy work. since theres hourly pay (still minimum wage in nz) and not per tree or per bin we pick its actually worth it this time... =) i am working on orchands again (viniards as well) where we mostly do pruning. cut the trees back so it can grow again... on the viniards we had to unclip all the nets and cut all the new growth... the list goes on and on... =) by the way: im on the banks peninsula in the kaituna valley... which is probably too small to be on ANY kind of map! =) but its really nice here... there are about 15 of us workers and we live in the houses provided by the orchard people... in our house we are 7 people and its really been heaps of fun! the temperatures are getting - extreme wouldnt really be the right word, but pretty weird! cos in the mornings we sometimes have 1 deg... and have to start working - so you can imagine us freezing our asses off - and then during the day when the sun comes out weve had 20 deg - on the same day!!!??? but i enjoy working outside nonetheless - nice autumn weather! =) and again, i didnt really make it that brief - sorry!
